Redox has partnered with Spanish manufacturer Medichem S.A. to distribute their Chlorhexidine products across Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.

With numerous applications in the pharmaceutical and medical field, Chlorhexidine can commonly be found in hand and skin disinfectants, oral care, cosmetics, veterinary products and much more. Chlorhexidine is extremely versatile and is an effective product against a wide variety of bacteria, enveloped viruses and fungi.

Medichem manufactures 4 Chlorhexidine compounds:

  • Chlorhexidine Base
  • Chlorhexidine Digluconate 20% solution

Medichem’s Chlorhexidine salts are manufactured with a very low impurity content with an especially low content of p-Chloroaniline. This can only be achieved by a very careful and advanced process, carried out according to Good Manufacturing Practices and to a Quality Management System in their FDA inspected factory.
