Due to on-going industrial action at Port Botany Redox are expecting significant delays for deliveries to reach customers. We have been proactive in our response to the situation in an attempt to alleviate effects on our customers by shipping stock to alternative ports to avoid the congestion.

With shipping lines being advised delays could run as long as 18 days, some shipping lines have commenced charging an ‘emergency port congestion surcharge’ of $US300 per 20-foot container.

Redox will continue to monitor the situation, if you have any specific concerns please contact your Redox Account Manager.
