We have recently seen an uptick in the level of activity by scammers impersonating Redox staff members by email with the intention to commit fraud.

To help you identify scam attempts we advise you to look out for the following –

  • Check the email address –  Redox staff member emails always originate from the ‘redox.com’ domain. Scammers are currently using ‘redoxpty.com’ email addresses – these are fraudulent and not connected with Redox.
  • A request to ship to the Middle East or Africa – Be aware that Redox are currently only servicing clients in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and the United States (less frequently some pacific islands, Mexico and Canada). Any request for an offer for goods shipped to Africa or the Middle East should be considered fraudulent.
  • Poor English

If you have any concerns please call one of our offices, you can find the contact details for each of our branches on our website www.redox.com on the contact page

Do not contact anyone via a mobile phone number listed on suspicious emails.

We are endeavouring to have the email domains connected to these scams shut down with the relevant authorities.
