Our coir peat blocks are 100% organic made from aged coir, the fibrous husks of the inner shell of the coconut, compressed into blocks for convenience storage and transportation. They are available in a variety of different compositions with their own unique characteristics, including

  • 100% Pith, Regular Potting Soil Grade
  • 100% Chip, Regular Grade Chip Size:  5 – 18mm
  • 70% Chips and 30% Pith

  • 50% Pith and 50% Chip

Our coir peat blocks are perfect for a variety of solutions in hydroponic crops including tomatoes, cucumber, capsicums, a variety of berries, roses and more. They improve the soil structure, providing better drainage and higher air porosity ensuring an optimum growing environment. They exhibit low Electrical Conductivity (EC) levels, with all grades washed at 1:1.5 dilation and buffered.

Quality control is of vital importance during manufacturing, with coir peat blocks produced under strict ISO controls and SA-8000 social standards, with Institute for Marketecology (IMO), RAL German quality assurance and Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) certifications.
